He cheated with me. He act with me as a true lover, though he had his problematic wife. She was having affair with some other guy. I loved this man with pure love. Honestly. He just cheated me and went to his wife. I didn't even understood. He used to lend money from me, as he was in financial crisis. But he didn't returned me all of my money. When I asked for it. He refused to give it to me. He is living with his wife. I tried to forget about him totally. For the last 3 months, I didn't even think of him. But recently as I heard from one of my friends that he is living with his wife and still they are having problems, I was feeling an urge to take a revenge. I always heard that nature takes the great revenge. I always try to forgive people. So that Almighty Lord will forgive me for my sins. But inside I am feeling an urge to take revenge. Have there been any complaints about Outskirts Press Publishers?

I have had nothing but troubles and delay since last February in getting my children's storybook published by Outskirts Press. They have changed representatives on me three times and there is no coordination between them so each time it's like starting over. The colorizer(s) were terrible so I finally decided to use the colored images I sent in instead which they are "cleaning" up but which I am still having to pay the colorization fee for. And it seem that they have been just sitting on it and that nothing has been done. They tell me that they are finally sending the images for proofing tomorrow but I'm not counting on it. I will appreciate it if you have any negative information about Outskirts Press that you could share with me because I'm really beginning to think they are bogus and just taking my money which was close to $3,000.00.

I know that warm blooded animals have self regulated temperature, higher stamina and require more food, whereas cold blooded animal's temperature is more reliant on their environment, theyre faster in short bursts and require less food. All of this, I know from science cl. What I can't seem to find however is the workings of what makes them different. What I mean is, if a leopard and an crocodile each eat half of the same gazelle, the leopard processes it one way, the crocodile another. What causes this? What is inside the leopard, and by extension, a human that makes it able to generate heat and the crocodile cannot?

Is a spyder marker a good value for a first gun?

So in my local craigslist a guy is selling a bunch of spyder markers. He has a victor, victor2, fenix, S.E., avenger2, and a pirahna R6. they are each 50 dollars and all work. im looking at buying one of them, and then buying a tippmann 98 custom package from a different buyer because i want two markers to play with my friends. My LL gave me an eviction notice....?

Last night (september 1 2009), at 10:00 PM (central) my landlord came to my house that i rent from them and asked if we had the rent. my roommate told her no, not until the 3rd like we always do. She then handed us a piece of paper that was an eviction notice. it said we were being evicted due to breach of tenancy: failure to pay rent. We are not past due on any rent due to them and we have a grace period of til the third. the notice said to either vacate, pay rent or cure the breach within three days from service of notice or she will take legal action to evict me from premises. Is this a legal notice? she showed up AFTER business hours and on the first of the month and only handed this notice to us AFTER we told her that we are paying the rent ON THE THIRD like we have done so for over two years. we have no lease with them anymore. we started out with a year lease back in august 2007, but since haven't had one. we have been renting said residence for over a year, paying them every month. we are NOT behind on rent. what can i do to protect my interest in this matter? she told us last month that she was going to give us a 30 day notice to vacate by the 1st of October and we agreed. this is stressing me out thinking i have to be out by the 3rd of this month. i planned on paying her rent for september so we could have that thirty days.

Apartment is being sold, charging higher rent?

My 4 year old daughter, fiance and I live in a duplex owned and occupied by my fiance's grandmother. She charges us only 600 dollars a month because she knows we can't afford much more. Well we rexently told her that we are going to be moving to florida (we live in rhode island) in october or november because we can't afford another winter here. We told her that the reason we're not leaving now is because we need until late fall to save up enough money for the truck rental, security deposit, etc. Well she called up an old friend that she knows is interested in buying more property and asked if he wanted to buy (we think she did this out of spite, she does spiteful things rather often). Apparently he does want to buy the house, and may be buying it literally this week. We have already been informed that he is going to be charging 1500 for rent, and that if we can't pay it then we need to leave. We have about 50 dollars to our names, and have no current lease since it is the grandmother that we rent from, and she didn't see fit that we have anything protecting us. Can the prospective new owner really just come in and say get out with no notice while we have a small child, nowhere to go, and no money for a new apartment?

Your father and step mother (whom you've never been close to and have at times been estranged from) discover your step mother has a serious illness that will only get worse as time goes on. They have no money due to a mix of high living and very little saving and now they come up with this idea, they will sell their house, build an in law apartment to yours and move in. They will be legall sep. so medical bills will be covered apparently by medicaid. Oh yeah and they have a dog that she loves more than her grandkids (and you have a wife, two kids and one on the way with two dogs of your own)....tell me your decisions. THX

Selling my business?

here is my story. i have a cellphone business that makes about $4-$5 thousand a month net income. i don't have accurate tax reports. there is lots of cash in the business......now im trying to sell the business having a hart time selling. but i have to leave on February out of state . any suggestions. the buss is worth about $60,000 im willing to let it go for less than half. as far as what i can shw is the deposits made to the bank. which is about $7- $10 a month.... any ideas >>??
