Selling my business?

here is my story. i have a cellphone business that makes about $4-$5 thousand a month net income. i don't have accurate tax reports. there is lots of cash in the business......now im trying to sell the business having a hart time selling. but i have to leave on February out of state . any suggestions. the buss is worth about $60,000 im willing to let it go for less than half. as far as what i can shw is the deposits made to the bank. which is about $7- $10 a month.... any ideas >>??
