Had a c-section a week ago and i have pains in my rectum and cant poop lol, what can this be? please help?

i just had the best birth experience ever, a week ago i got a c-section and was in labor for 13 hours prior to the delivery, but the pain was not bad at all if i could go back in time i'd go back to the second my water broke. but a day after the c-sect, my doc was giving me stool softeners then two days later i was able to poop with no problem but i didn't have the urge to poop before that but 4 days after being home i found i was having pains in my rectum realizing i cant poop it is somewhat painful it feels like sharp cramps in my . what could that be?
