Maggot like egg out of ?

my mother had a maggot like egg come out of her skin in the outer part of her close to the . It left a small opening in the area. I thought it might be pinworm, but they don't look like that. can someone help me figure out what this is. She is undergoing chemotherapy which has cause lots of infection. If someone has had this please help me understand this
