We just recently discovered that our 19 month old is lactose intolerance, and she won't drink any other forms of milk. We tried everything from soy, almond, rice, coconut, lactose free Milks. And she won't do any of them. We are worried that she's not getting the nutrients she needs. A child her age needs 500 mg of calcium, 400 iu of Vit D, half her diet needs to be good fats, and calorie intake is 1000-1500. She seems to be flourishing, however the lactose intolerance is a new situation, so I don't won't her to start being deficient. Any suggestions please.
