Honestly yeah, take Stats. No matter what you choose to do in college, you'll still have general cles you have to take, and you will have to take some math cles. Skipping a year will make you forget it. If you have trouble with math, then get help when you need it. Don't be afraid to ask for help. And maybe even set up a tutor. You'll do just fine. Good luck.
