I think this girl likes me?

There is this girl who I really like in my college cl and she shows a lot of signs of liking me back and I want to know what you people think? Before I explain these "signs" I already asked this girl out a few weeks ago and she said she was busy and that we should hang some other time. I'll admit it was really bad timing to ask her out because we are both too busy, but I did it because I think about **** for too long and then end up not doing it in the end. Now these signs? She will always talk to me in cl and she mentions me by name. She doesn't talk to anyone except me. She moves her desk dangerously close to mine and she will often play with her phone in front of me. (I think she wants to exchange numbers). And when she talks to me she always talks real soft and I can't understand her lol. And in the other cl we have together her friend was looking at me and her friend tapped the girl I like and she looked at me and she was blushing big time. In conclusion, I know I over yze **** so don't tell me that I do that, I SUCK big time with girls I get so nervous and I can't help it, and write intelligent answers. I don't think like most guys if you know what I mean? Thanks
