Buying a 2004 1500 crew cab Chevy for $22,000?

Well I saw this awesomely and extremely nice black truck with side decals at a local dealership. It has a 5.3 engine, 4x4, LT trim package with black leather seats and like all the available options, lift kit, 20" chrome rims, and a bunch of chrome goodies and only has 54,000 miles. I would have bought it on the spot until they said they wanted $22,000 for it. Would it be worth paying that price? I have a 94 chev truck but I would maybe get $3500 for it max from them on trade...
