German Shepherd's lack of appetite: PLEASE ADVISE?

I second what Julie said. Gita just goes through moods where she doesn't want to eat. Then, when she's hungry enough, she'll eat it. But I offer her food on a schedule; twice a day. If she refuses a meal, she has to wait until the next offering. Gita is 13 mos.
