Was it a wise move for Obama to severly limit/restrict deep water drilling in the Gulf after the accident?

When people have to pay $8.00 for gas and can't get electric for their electric car (It takes gas to make electric) people are starving because the farmers all have only corn for ethanol that has been proven totally asinine. Your electric, gas, groceries and everything you use like soap toothpaste sky rockets because we can't get enough high dollar gas from our enemies then and only then he will see his mistake. People will be rioting in the streets here in America.
