What type of Yacht (sailing or motor) would be needed for self-sustaining trips of 1 week +?

I've gone on trips over a week in a 15 foot kayak. It all depends on how much comfort you want. I'd want at least a 22 foot sailboat for that. 60 + for transatlantic.
