Why are the animals all acting weird?

My dog has been very clingy lately she's always by my feet and she whines. My dog is known to be very quiet she never barks she doesn't make a sound and shes Independent she doesn't stay by me unless she wants attention. And all the cats in my house are fallowing me around like crazy and its really creepy. My aunt came over and she told me that all four of her cats before she left the house was blocking off the door to let her out of the house and they kept whining and meowing. And now this guy I was talking to says his dog has been whimpering allot lately. I checked the weather and it doesn't say we are supposed to have a storm so whats going on?
