33 weeks pregnant and feel like?

i have been punched in the and rectum.....it is so sore at this point.....no or anything like that....also wednesday was checked for dilation and effacement due to cramping and pressure and was a fingertip and 25%.....i am also in my fifth day of being treated for bacterial vaginosis (which ive had before and never had this issue) ....am still having cramping on and off and pressure as well but no contractions a few braxton hicks so im prety sure im not in labor.....just wondering if anyone has experienced this, what could be the cause and what helped you out to relieve the pain.......XxX Thanks in advanced for your answers XxX
