World of Warcraft Balanced Druid?

I hit 80 on my druid this weekend and immediately respec'ed to balance. I got the spec off of a very well geard and accomplished druid on my server, but it just doens't seem like I'm putting out the dps i should be. I still have some crappy greens from quests but still. Anyway if anyone has knowledge on this spec can you take a look at it and see if I should make any changes, my guild currently only has 1 Boomkin and I haven't gotten to talk to her about it. The toons name is Bronzestar on the realm Galakrond. And no I didn't buy those Ulduar drop boe bracers, my guild decided to do a second 10man yesterday and my GM let me take my under geared druid in lol.
