Appendicitis with lyme disease?

I don't know anything about Lyme disease but I have had an appendectomy. The symptoms you described sound like appendicitis but if it was for just one night, I'm not sure if that's what it could be or not. I don't remember feeling any pain when my appendix were about to rupture but I definitely felt it after they did. The appendix is very serious & needs to be checked out as soon as possible! It can be fatal if left untreated too long. I'm lucky to even be alive b/c mine had ruptured almost 2 weeks before I found out. So you definitely need to get it checked out!
