Is my cat abnormally large?

Achilles is really close to 22lbs. He is not maine coon, not overweight. He is an orange tabby that just turned out to be a mive DSH? My other cat is a grey/brown tabby that is all of 6lbs (healthy). But really domestic short hair is too generic, what breed of cat could he be?
