5 Live Bears, trapped?

Alright so this weekend I was in the Gatlinburg, TN area, and I visited Pigeon Forge with my family. There is a gift shop there that houses 5 live bears in the back, in a separate room, apart from the gift shop, and people pay to see and feed them. I didn't go see them, but outside they greatly publicize this with signs and photos. They look horrible, I mean, deathly horrible. They've given them names like Mamma and Pappa and Smokey and youve got to see where they are keeping them in the cages with little life and no natural habitat (sp?). It is ridiculous, I'm not usually so drawn to these situations, but I feel the need to take action if needed. I'm 14, and I'm not sure if this is animal cruelty or not, and if it is, what can I do, and where can I find help.
