Garage Addition Cost Estimate?

We purchased our first home last June. Its almost perfect, it just really needs a garage. We would like to add on a 1 car garage in the next 5-6 years, once we save up a bit for it. It would be a 1 story garage with a breezeway that connects the garage to the house. Probably 12 ft w x 26 ft L, with a 4 ft w x10 ft long breezeway on a concrete slab, probably 1 medium sized vinyl window on the side, a standard vinyl garage door, and 2 doors, one to go into the garage and one to go into the front of the breezeway and one to go out the back of the breezeway. I would like it to be vinyled like the house is, standard gray vinyl siding. Nothing fancy, not heated, the breezeway not heated, just something to keep our car in and room for the lawnmower and other yard tools and some storage. We're really not concerened with it adding resale value or not, we are planning on living here for quite some time. Thanks!
