In high school, during Halloween in 1983...?

Unharmful Fun was walking home alone late after a night of partying with strangers and being publically humorous and got mugged by Politically Correct and Oversensitive Lawsuit. While he survived the initial attack, the emotional damage resulting from the encounter caused him to retreat to only appearing at smaller, private funtions to only party with close friends and family members in the hopes that such an event would never repeat itself.
