Ramadan: what is the ruling regarding cutting the hair for women?

well i think it depends on your face structure like how long your face is. Another way to tell is how far your chin is from your shoulders if you want it to be short but still has that womanly look. I suggest cutting it in between the measurements from your chin to your shoulder or if you want it shorter than that you could go right below the ear. The most likely thing to do if you like long hair though is to cut it shoulder length.
